Meetings
Due to past harassment, meeting schedules are NOT posted outside the members-only
area of the site. Text message notifications, email, and similar services will
remind our opt-in list of member contacts where and when events are occurring to
maximize their personal privacy. The SDA3 use PGP and PKI Cryptographic Signature
of Email. If you receive mail without a PGP-Signature, it may be fraudulent.
Harassment Policy
Harassment by competitive clubs, expelled members, and criminal organizations
seeking to profit by racketeering against prior established clubs and organizations
frequently attempt to recruit and bully our members. We have a zero-tolerance
policy in this area, due to domestic violence and child abuse issues which
affect many of our members. Gaming has been a haven from abuse from 1975-1995,
prior its entry into mainstream culture and popular media. Since that time, some
elements of the abuser culture have attempted to "emulate" the gamer community to
gain influence over their victims. The SDA3.ORG firmly opposes abuse of this kind,
citing numerous issues of domestic violence by women exploiting the trust of the
community to gain advantage over their victims - and has complaints against several
women engaging in this activity for commercial profit in the State of Oklahoma.
Membership Screening
Because of our for-profit status, and due to numerous attempts including violent
acts and threats of violence, the firm treats parties engaging or aiding in this activity
as taking part in criminal commercial sabotage and espionage. For this reason, a full
background check by a qualified private investigation firm is used to screen applicants.
Fraud in application or failure to disclose ownership or employment may result in immediate
termination of membership, rejection of an application, and possible legal action.
