Basically, if you have to be legally 21 and above to sign a contract prior attendance of an
event - such as a premiere party or beta program (non-disclosure of commercial R&D), then
this is your area. It is amazing how narrow-minded the public can be about that sort of
legal obligation conditional insider access, but they tend to have porn on their mind 90% of
the time. Mature Content is not (AO) content. Just content you must agree to conditions
in order to see or participate in, like alpha and beta software user groups.
Non Disclosure Contracts are electronically provided by Echosign.com services for the group, and
ensure legal and binding protection against disclosure of a commercial nature for our sponsors
activities and insider access courtesy. Because alcohol or other content may be present at the
venue or nearby, and no supervision is provided, the legal drinking age of 21 is required to
access these events and support additional (3 years) of awareness and maturity in contract obligations
for our event sponsors. Attendees under this age (18-21) may be present with prior permission, at the
sole discretion of the event staff. Minors are not permitted in these events.
We reserve this level for certain events, gatherings, and board meetings - because some grasp of
the law and business in formal meetings is necessary to remain productive. No one likes explaining
the ZERO TOLERANCE rule of alcohol, drug abuse, or criminal statues to people like their parent, so
certain events are OFF LIMITS to minors. Even very mature minors. For legal reasons.
