SDA3 2008 Activities
Announcements:
Studio access will now be restricted to members in good standing only, due to
August 18th and 22nd 2008 threats against the life and family of officers in
the Ada community, related to intimidation against testimony and charges (9)
in Federal Criminal Complaint against competitors in the Oklahoma, Texas, and
Arkasas areas. Media service fees will return to $200 USD per hour for non
members seeking assistance in multimedia and equipment support, due to the
cost of legal prosecution and physical loss of property caused by past criminal
events (1999, 2001, 2002, 2007) in regard to these threats.
We regret having to pass on this cost, but cite the $110,000 in civil and
$150,000 in criminal damages which have impacted prior community outreach
programs run by the SDA3.
